In requested configurations, one unit of Calma, customized specifically for you and tested in the factory, is delivered. All necessary parts are included inside the crate and mounting box. In addition to items such as a ladder, drill, etc., extra materials needed during assembly can be found in Calma installation manual prepared according to dimensions.

Thanks to the ease of assembly provided by Calma, assembly times have reached an optimum level. Some parts are pre-assembled during testing in the factory, which helps shorten the assembly time for the customer. Assembly times are as follows. You can allocate around 10-15% extra time based on the experience of the assembly team. For experienced assembly personnel:
Calma Small 100×110: 30 minutes

Where are the main electrical and data cable connections made for Calma?
The electrical connection for Calma is typically made from the left wall and the back wall as standard. However, upon request, it can also be obtained from the ceiling.
Main power cable lengths are provided as 3.5 meters.
Socket types used can be chosen during the ordering process from European Standard, American Standard, Multistandard, UK Standard, and Swiss Standard.
Data connection in Calma is provided with RJ45 sockets. In standard products, it is extracted from the floor, but with prior notice during the order or with a minor adjustment during assembly, it can also be extracted from the ceiling.
For custom standards and regulations, please advise with your sales representatives and request suitable components.
How much space do I need to place Calma pods?
Calma units are designed with a height of 228 cm. To ensure proper airflow and comfortable installation, it is recommended that the ceiling height of the installation area be 255 cm or higher. Additionally, it is advised not to block the air outlets located on the side walls, and the pods should be positioned with at least a 20 cm gap between the pods or to the wall.
Can I easily move Calma within an office environment?
Calma Small, For U, Medium, and Large modules are equipped with four castors to facilitate easy positioning of Calma in its intended location after assembly. However, it is not recommended to frequently move the pods once they are in place. After any relocation of Calma, adjustments to doors, feet and floor may be necessary due to changes in floor alignment.
For Calma XLarge and XXLarge modules, due to their weight and size, they are not equipped with castors. Therefore, it is essential to install these pods in their designated location upon assembly.
Are the fan and lights adjustable?
Yes, the fans and lights are dimmable, allowing users to adjust them according to their preferences. Through motion sensors, the fans and lights activate automatically when someone enters the pod, indicated by the occupancy sensor turning from green to red to signify that the pod is in use. If no motion is detected, they can optionally deactivate after a period ranging from 30 seconds to 8 minutes.
It’s recommended not to keep this time too short, as it helps with air purification after each use. During this time, the occupancy sensor continues to illuminate with a red light, indicating that the pod is occupied, and when it turns green, Calma is ready for a new user.
What are the details of the ventilation system?
Calma has been designed with powerful fans based on technical evaluations, and the number of fans varies depending on the size of the Calma unit. Inside Calma, highly efficient Noctua 2000 rpm double redundancy fans are utilized. The airflow per fan is 182.5 m3/h. The Calma air exchange period is every 42 seconds, with an air Exchange rate up to 106 times per hour.
The fans are installed in the factory to blow fresh air from the outside to the inside. This ensures that fresh air continues to enter while you continue your work. Additionally, it is important for the air inlet and outlet areas not to be obstructed and for Calma not to be positioned directly in sunlight for maintaining the quality of the fresh air. Airflow direction can be reversed in Calma pods, from ceiling to vents at the bottom and vice-versa.
How can I use the lighting settings?
Thanks to the powerful sensors in Calma, the lights and fans start working as soon as you enter. You can use the controls in the Nurus Links module to adjust the light intensity and fan settings to your desired level.
